In hot weather conditions, monitor closely to detect symptoms of heat-related stress:

  • Excessive sweating and thirst
  • Conversely, lack of sweating (and thus no heat removal)
  • Light headedness or dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Flush red skin tones 
  • Impaired breathing
  • Muscle cramps
  • Elevated body temperature 
  • Elevated heart rate
  • Deep colored urine
