In hot weather conditions, monitor closely to detect symptoms of heat-related stress:
- Excessive sweating and thirst
- Conversely, lack of sweating (and thus no heat removal)
- Light headedness or dizziness
- Nausea
- Flush red skin tones
- Impaired breathing
- Muscle cramps
- Elevated body temperature
- Elevated heart rate
- Deep colored urine
